(25 street-sized corn tortilla tacos filled with your choice of bistec (chopped beef steak) or trompo (sliced seasoned roasted pork). Served with charro beans, caramelized onions, limes, chopped onions, and cilantro. Accompanied by your choice of salsa: Molcajete (Mild), Verde (Hot), Taquera (Very Hot), or Tlaquepaque (Extreme Heat).
(Serves 10-16 people) 40 Small corn tortilla tacos, steamed and bathed in red chile salsa, filled with your choice of Shredded Beef, Chicharron en salsa (roasted pork in green salsa), potatoes with chorizo, or refried beans.
