Queso Flameado

Pork cheek meat, lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served with a charred jalapeño pepper, fried scallions, guacamole and corn or flour tortillas. Served in a traditional stone molcajete.

3 toasted flat corn tortillas covered with our delicious ground beef stew, avocado, cheese and refried beans.

Freshly mashed avocado served natural (plain) or a la mexicana (tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, cilantro and lime). Served with corn chips.

Melted cheeddar cheese with sautéed onions, tomatoes, and pickled peppers.
